None.. this job has no pros. you won't grow at all

Cons

Willard is a horrible Manager and has the Techs doing 24/7 support when before it was on-call support for the week and change with other employees. now they have to log in on the weekends to take calls that don't really come in. Underpay for the amount of work you put it, try to cut your OT, and will promote a new employee over an old one
