Pros

Decent insurance and fairly good pay

Cons

Hourly workers treated like 2nd class citizens compared to salary workers. Company doesn't accept doctor excuses if you are sick; if you need surgery you go a week with no pay then only 60% of your base salary yet salary workers get full pay with no missed week. This hurts hourly because we have to catch up on insurance premiums and lose our 401K contributions and match. Food service is a joke; soybean burgers that cost 3 times what a real burger costs at McDonald's!

Pros

You can at least live on the pay.

Cons

If you like not having to be concerned about your health and well being this is not the job for you. Admittedly I haven't worked here since 2006 (the furthest back glassdoor would let me put for a last employed year was 2013) so it's possible safety precautions have gotten better.
