Pros

Good Structure. Work well as a team. Good Benefits. Have a great summer party. Training is very good and they help to develop the team.

Cons

Would like people to take a stronger interest in the growth of an individual. Need to understand needs to help them progress in the company.

Pros

I had a great Boss. She was the CFO and was very open to ideas and let me initiate the changes and plans which were in the interest of the company's branding.

Cons

The work could get delayed with our priciples in USA taking their own time on taking decisions- therefore slowing down the pace at our end.

Pros

The US headquarter of the company is located next to a shopping mall, which is very convenient from shopping perspective.

Cons

I am not sure if other folks are getting performance review/salary increase each year, I did not get any during the several years I was there.
