Pros
Mashgin is using cutting edge CV and ML tech to address a real and valuable market, instead of chasing the current flavor of the week. Great people to work with where everyone has the opportunity for massive impact. Good work-life balance, where you put in the hustle when needed but are not expected to do nothing else in life.
Cons
It's still scrappy, so don't expect free massages and dry cleaning as perks. Doesn't have the name recognition to get you instant impressed looks at parties.
