Pros
Hard work, long hours are recognized and rewarded. Big majority of engineers are young and motivated. Very collaborative work environment. Every engineer gets to make huge impact to the product. On-site cafe food is awesome. On-site gym.
Cons
Occasional language barrier while working with the Mexico engineers.
