      There aren't any pros I can think of.

      Cons

      Management loves to sell you on the opportunity for growth, but there aren't paths to get there. The only way you will be promoted is if someone retires. The company will lie to clients to get and keep their business. No transparency. During my 3 years here. it was an absolute circus!
