They only pro I can think of is getting to meet a variety of people

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Management has no clue what they are doing and neither does HR , don’t bother complaining to HR as they do nothing to support employees that are being discriminated and retaliated against. Toxic and hostile work environment. Coordinators have walked off job because of this. No morals whatsoever look at you straight in the face and lie to you. All they care about is money.

There is a good support system.

Cons

Way too much to handle for one person, unrealistic expectations, very long process for any sales, even after selling a job it could end up being $0 in commission if people don't show up... which is common.
