      A lot of respect for my knowledge and abilities. fun and good group of people to work with. very little to No my micro management from my director. Great Team work. Part of the team.

      Cons

      medical industry is taking away the expectation and ability to have critical thinking skills. getting to the point of over regulation which can get in the way of great patient care.
