Pros
Great benefit package, salary is great for this area. People who work here have been here for a long time because the benefits are almost too good to leave.
Cons
Hard to move up within the company. The people who are higher up have been with the company for years and dont want to help grow employees for fear they will be pushed out. They require more education for jobs that have been filled with people who didnt meet the same requirements while they held the positions.
