Management is full of nepotism from the top down. Its in every department. I wouldn't bother working here unless you already know someone who is in and well liked. Otherwise, they will make your life hell.

Cons

A lot of relatives working along side one another, too many power-trippers, a lot of gossip from those that preach "no gossiping".
