      Pros

      Community hospital that lives it's values of relationships and service. Low turnover rates speak to the collaborative work environment. Modern equipment and continuous focus on quality provide high quality care in a rural setting. Close to urban centers- Olympia and Bremerton/Silverdale are less than an hour away. Financially stable and community owned.

      Cons

      Although specialty services are growing, Mason lacks GI, urology, and some other specialty services.
