      Pros

      If you somehow fit in with them, your golden. They love getting into your personal life if that's your thing. You are all one "family".

      Cons

      1. Bullying 2. Gaslighting 3. If you cannot fit in with them, they will isolate you and try to replace you. It does not matter if you do your job. 4. The micromanaging is horrible. 5. They are not DEIB friendly.
