      Beware of layoffs and major restructuring of departments with integration

      Used to have an amazing manager (before the RIF)

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for growth, poor communication and lack of support from management, management not investing in DEI, not feeling valued, low pay, no ability to negotiate pay when departments merged even though was assigned significantly more work after. Severance is one week per year you've been there. So if you've been there for one year and 11 months, you'll only get one week of severance...
