      Bright people. Most areas are friendly. Interesting work. Prestigious on resume.

      Upper management can be rigid about schedule, working from home etc. Somewhat hierarchical.Can be cliquey and not meritocracy.

      Mandatory five words for Pros.

      Cons

      Overworked. Long hours everyday with very little support, What you will be told in the interview is not what is reality. No vacations for a year. Poor communication from Management. Poor quality equipment, computers that don't work, poor software systems. If that is what you are looking for you have come to the right place. 6 Nurses hired and 4 of us resigned before the end of orientation.
