      Office is nice, lots of nice areas to walk around during breaks, conference rooms were nice and kind of confidential

      Severe micromanagement, favoritism, bias, no room for growth (unless you’re a favorite).

      The leadership in Digital is disconnected from how the work gets done and from the frontline employees. The return to office initiative is a solution looking for a problem. It limits the talent pool and if they’re forcing employees to be within the Boston area, they could certainly try to align the compensation accordingly.
