      Awesome people to work with. Good health insurance and other benefits (403 B, dental, lie insurance, etc.)

      Cons

      Because it's a non-profit, pay raises are minimal (2-2.5%). No annual bonus. PTO is banked, meaning your vacation, holiday, and sick days are all together, so when there is a holiday, 8 hours are removed from your PTO.
