      Pros

      Very welcoming and collaborative environment. I gained a lot of exposure to a variety of investment vehicles and received some challenging and dynamic work. Everyone was eager to offer help wherever possible

      Cons

      The pace is a bit slower than some traditional, heavily-structured finance internships. Not too much to complain about though.
