      Benefits. Work from home program New buliding be built Some of the people i work with esp my team are really good people

      Cons

      Need to be uniformed on decisions and ideas. I get everyone has and is intitled to their own opinion but there is never a finial answer after a meeting. Just arguing and waiting. There are a lot of employees everyone needs to be treated equally.
