      Good to start your career !! Get to learn a lot initially

      Cons

      It is very operational and there is not a lot of growth . No Promotions or pay rises. HR is horrible at communication. Depends on where you are located.

      Good Benefits, work/life balance is great. You are able to come and go as you need.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to market. Not a lot of opportunity to grow (promotions) within the HR ranks. Lacks opportunity for professional growth (career development) and learning; in the dark ages with regards to technology in HR. Lack of accountablility within the organization.
