      Used to be a great place to work, now it's painful to go in every day

      Pros

      Work with some amazing clinicians, good benefits, ok pay.

      Cons

      Lots of stress, lots of almost mandatory OT. Upper management doesn't seem to care much about the staff.It's drifted away from it's "family" feel. Pay rates could be better.
