      Pros

      Great Benefits, great people, some warts that you have to deal with, but that is part of any company. There are many more roses than warts. Great telecommuting options as well.

      Cons

      mobility, hard to get a promotion unless someone above you leaves, kind of like the military, promotions seem to be based on years of service and rank and who you know as opposed to what you know.
