      Pros

      It's a great place to learn a lot and add to your skill set. It's an extremely diverse employee population. The benefits were also really great.

      Cons

      Budget cuts in healthcare led to a LOT more work with no added pay. Often over-utilized and under-appreciated.

      benefits, pay, cutting edge technology

      Cons

      People are too high on themselves and think they are better than everyone else, very conceited and unfriendly. Meet all day and work all night. 70-80 hours a week is the norm in some positions. Very cold, unfriendly approach to new people. Make one mistake and your viewed as someone who should not be there. No support structure for new employees, just thrown to the fire.
