      Pros

      So much training that allows for constant growth.

      Cons

      HR and management are on the ins with each other, so basically if you have any questions about procedures then you are better off finding the answer yourself and not making any noise about it.

      no possibility for bonus, rigid job function, no cohesiveness between departments and hospital entities. Raises are low and promotions take time.
