      Pros

      Flexible working environment, good benefits, learned quite a bit, great co-workers. Company does seem to care about what it offers its employees.

      Cons

      Poor communication across teams. Advancement could be difficult (and often it was unclear why some staff were promoted). Cubicle environment.

      Cross-functional teams, high-impact work, great people, lots of learning. Could not have asked for a better place to launch my career.

      Cons

      IT can be a bit behind the times, slow upgrade roll-out, occasionally have to get creative to get resources for challenging engineering tasks.
