      Pros

      Big company with a wide network of hospitals. They provide very good employee benefits such as health insurance (dental, vision, etc) and for continuing education they provide salary reimbursement.

      Cons

      As a good example of a big company, changes (if any) happen very slowly. There is not much room to step up in the assigned work tasks. You need to be ok with what you're doing because you'll be doing it for a long time.

      Pros

      managers treat you well, office staff is really nice and make themselves available if you need help. I enjoyed working there very much.

      Cons

      mandatory nights, poor communication between nurses.
