      Pros

      It's a great place to learn a lot and add to your skill set. It's an extremely diverse employee population. The benefits were also really great.

      Cons

      Budget cuts in healthcare led to a LOT more work with no added pay. Often over-utilized and under-appreciated.

      Pros

      Large place with great benefits. Great to be a part of something so positive. I was there until my first child was born. I hope to go back some day.

      Cons

      Not all departments are "mom" flexible. It's SO big, sometimes it feels like you are in a silo.
