      good work environment, there is not much stress

      Cons

      not much help provided by others. consultants are treated as outsiders and not included organization and faculty events. Any mistake is highlighted to all upper management to observe but good work is not appreciated.

      People, Money, Benefits. The locations are great. Time off good. Good health benefits. Managers are educated on management. Like holidays.

      Cons

      Too much work, too little time. Work life balance is difficult but manager tries in spite of workload to give rime off.

      A supportive company with plenty of opportunity

      Pros

      The intern program included a lot of educational activities and opportunities to meet various leaders through out the organization. Managers were very helpful and I received plenty of constructive feedback that helped me professionally. I was treated like an equal within my department, rather than just an intern.

      Cons

      Such a large organization, it felt disconnected at times Everyone was very busy, so it was difficult to find a time to meet with my manager or have my questions answered - more of an individual environment where you have to be self-motivated. This makes it easy to go unnoticed.
