      Pros

      As a hospital system, the medical benefits are outstanding. All of my managers were strongly dedicated to my success and growth at Partners (and beyond).

      Cons

      Many of the positions are quite heavily focused, and this can be difficult for anyone looking for a broad range of experiences. Other managers can be shortsighted and unwilling to assist anyone hoping to advance.

      Get exposure to the hot topics in healthcare financing Can work at home Associated with Partners Healthcare, so there can be career mobility

      Cons

      Working at home was nice, but so many people are doing it that the company culture deteriorated. May become unstable because of changes in healthcare financing.
