      Boring but it's a paycheck.

      Pros

      Easy, nobody really bothers you, flexible scheduling and free time during the day, lots of people to interact with, conveniently located.

      Cons

      This job is just boring. When you do the work that's asked of you, you really feel no sense of accomplishment. I have no idea what good all of the work I've done has actually done for the company.

      Pros

      It is a great organization to build a career with. There are so many opportunities that you literally could spend your entire career here, and many people do. I think our managers do a great job developing and promoting their employees careers. We have great benefits. The work life balance is fantastic. I love the summer work hours (4 ten hour days). We have FREE parking. Most importantly I have a really great manager who has taught me A LOT, given me great projects and exposure, and challenged me to grow.

      Cons

      Partners is a very large organization and can be overwhelming at first. It is also a concensus driven organization and it takes time to make decisions (soemtimes a long time).

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Nice people. Rewarding experiences. I work in one of the best areas in Boston. I can park my car right outside the office. They only charge us $75.00 a month which is a steal in Boston. I have great hours and hope to keep it that way.

      Cons

      Management can be old fashion. Not every department is this way. They recently changed our 401K where they are no longer matching per the federal goverment. Money was taken from our Benefits to create a pension plan which is not a bad thing but everyone took a significant hit in their paychecks.
