      Pros

      Partners is a large company with name value within the health care world. Partners has numerous entities throughout Massachusetts, providing many career move possibilities. Other companies in the area recognize Partners as a good company to work for. Many consulting companies have sought Partners employees. The hours are regular and people rarely take work home or work overtime.

      Cons

      The pay is average, Paid-Time-Off is very limited and vacations are few.

      Pros

      There are a number of hospitals that you can work for and all use the same software, payroll, etc. Partners also has a number of perks for working with them, such as discounted events that are changed weekly. In addition, the hospitals are large and well-known with good reputations. It's nice to work for a place where you can easily switch between different hospitals and positions.

      Cons

      Some of the hospitals sometimes try to cut costs where they shouldn't be cut. For instance, trying to downsize departments that are vital to patient care. I think there are cuts that should be made in other areas, but not those that are deeply involved in patient care and safety.
