      I work with a great team. Unfortunately, my team performs support while I am the only developer/analyst.

      Confused management. I've been here almost 4 years and still have no idea where this department or division is heading. Lack of career path and opportunity--really not what I expected so I'm looking for more challenging opportunities both internally and externally.
