Pros

1) The people you work with are always willing to help if you need it. This is not a company that frowns upon someone who is willing to learn 2) Hours are usually 40 hours a week and is does not deviate from that 3) There is a good mix of people. There are plenty of young people and more seasoned individuals in the latter part of their careers.

Cons

1) Pay is not great and promotions are based on tenure not achievement. 2) Management is not particularly helpful in everyday work.

Pros

Partners has great people and very team oriented. Great benefits.

Cons

All in who you know for advancement. Not the best person for the job. Managers who have no staff and others who can have forty something be realistic. Upper management who have been in the job for years feel entitled.
