Pros
Excellent place to work if you like structure and consistency. Great document control and very process driven.
Cons
Lots and lots of favoritism. Many long term last people that create problems that don't exist. Lots and lots of finger pointing. Lots and lots of lying to make oneself look good. Lots of wasted time talking about issues that have little to affect on manufacturing. Too many supervisors, and too much bureaucracy. Some supervisors treat people poorly and use intimidation.
