Pros
The leadership for the Product and Operations group is amazing and is very forward looking with an impressive vision for the company and for the new products being built. Along with that the leaders are kind and very understanding leaving the employees feeling welcomed and human.
Cons
Sometimes have had difficulty narrowing down who is the owner of a certain part of the product since the org is so big.
