Pros
Good benefits, relaxed work environment, allows you to bring your authentic self to work each day.
Cons
Some people in upper management / the Executive Leadership Team are out of touch with those lower down the totem pole in their organization. Large changes are made often to technology and our system platforms without requesting feedback from the people who use the platforms PRIOR to implementation. It’s hard to do your job with a dozen half-completed platforms to access information from.
