      Pros

      I love this company, they have great benefits and wonderful resources. They’re trending upwards supporting diversity and LGBTQA+ employees.

      Cons

      - Job descriptions so vague that, I’ve ended up with so many different job functions it’s hard to keep up. - Career advancement is heavily based on favoritism. You can network all you want, but unless you have an “in”, you’re probably not going anywhere. - Knowledge is heavily siloed and communication between teams is tough.
