-pay is well below average -limited growth opportunities within role without looking to different departments -in person work policy has become so strict there's a concern when something random comes up -departments are constantly being restructured to move forward life long massmutual employees whether they have experience in the type of work department or not. -strong push to move so many roles overseas to save money without thinking about if it's a smart decision for quality.

The strategy and leadership changed constantly, in often incomprehensible ways. Leadership was often not tech-savvy, or when they were, they were not hands-on enough to avoid chaos.
