Lack of clear and consistent management of just things in general; long time favorites, people who have family working there, etc can seemingly get away with anything they want - you need to wait 12 months prior to being able to seek roles in different departments (which generally are upward movements for most people too)

very less learning scope. can be given more scope on projects for freshers.
