"The only thing constant is change" - but when changes happen extremely often it looks more like a lack of thoughtfulness in the approach that led to the initial change. There was so much change (org structures, role definitions etc.) that things were chaotic in some respects. Key people were often let go in different parts of the organization without a real understanding of the value they brought to the table or the downstream impact. Morale was poor in the finance organization in particular.
