      its an old company so they are a little behind the times, springfield is lame

      Pros

      Worked at Commonwealth Financial Group, wonderful company. The best training ive ever had from incredibly knowledgeable advisors. Great atmosphere in the office makes the business world seem fun!

      Cons

      The more you do the more you get. Could be good or bad but if you're very driven you'll find yourself always working as an advisor to make more money. Alot of pressure to do build youre own book of business

      Pros

      Very good training programs, team interactions, friendly office environment in general. Senior people often reach out to newcomers to help them and collaborate with them. I found a great mentor there! People in the office are warm and most of them are very outgoing. Very good coffee and sometimes nice free snacks.

      Cons

      Some people are focusing too much on making money instead of really helping customers. But in general most of people are professional and very helpful.
