Pros
Great opportunity to start a business without much start-up costs. The management is engaged in my success. If you go all in, it will pay off. Great company. Great Products. Great support.
Cons
This is a very difficult career to get started. But everyone knows this going in. The people that complain about this company or any other similar type of company did not do what they said they were going to do and weren't tough enough to do this anywhere, much less here. It does not happen overnight.
