      Good benefits even with recent changes, flexible work arrangements, long-term view versus quarterly pressures, forward thinking, expanding digital capabilities and functionality

      Cons

      limited opportunity for advancement in management ranks, flat organization, taking lean management to the extreme at times. Middle management feel stifling at times.

      Awesome benefits OUTSIDE of the medical, which is difficult to accept and very expensive - one option only - take it or leave it

      Cons

      Like any big corporation, lots of internal politics. Very tenured employee base, some of whom seem to benefit from a double standard. Certain managers should be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and inability to work with others in a collaborative manner - but they often are given a pass.
