Very professionally run agency. Having worked in financial services for many years...I also found their Staff to be very efficient. Responsive to an Agent's needs. And, quick turnaround time when it comes to paperwork processing and their back office Underwriting team.. They're very generous with Marketing dollars if you show results.

My career at MassMutual Raleigh-Durham has been extremely rewarding in all aspects! Management always looks out for the well-being of the entire team and promotes growth in all areas. They are extremely supportive and never hesitant to help in any way that they can. They constantly reward the team with fun group outings such as sporting events, adventurous team exercises, trips, and other great bonuses. The work environment is a perfect balance of dedicated hard work and exciting energy. The variety of career opportunities and the benefits/compensation are fantastic, as well. Working for a company and Management that looks out for and takes such great care of their staff only makes me want to work ten times harder in return. I'm very thankful and appreciative to be a part of such a fast growing and wonderful team!
