      Pros

      Great Training Program Solid Company Great Values and Ethics Alot of products and services to offer the clients No Cap on earning potential GA and Assistant GA are Fabulous

      Cons

      No very well known here in CA. Very well known on the East Coast; name recognition and more advertising is needed. Would have been better if a new person to the business join a year after they are in the business not NEW....too hard to get traction and the programs don't give you enough time to get your book off the ground.

      they pay bonuses to everyone, regardless of performance

      Cons

      management is lacking leadership and it's definitely an ol' boys network. Systems are antiquated. Many employees have been there their entire careers. They are very against change.
