      Lots of smart FLAs, senior management is disconnected

      Pros

      Large budget to use on many,many projects. Lots of assets at your disposal. Pay is good. Bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization a never address the root of a problem. MMWay is over burdening teams with work that does not benefit out customers.

      Pros

      The HR environment is fairly friendly for a big company. For IT work at home is common allowing you to easily manage things like contractors at home.

      Cons

      The lines of authority and spans of control are very confusing. Frequent, partially thought out, re-orgs have made it difficult to make progress. Promotion and growth opportunities for mid-career professionals seem to be limited as management favors outsiders.

      IT changes strategy often and has difficulty engaging all levels of management to ensure success, which leads to frustration
