Pros

It is a great place to work because they offer great training and advance opportunities. Management is always on top of things and allows you to perform your job at ease.

Cons

The money is not always the best. It takes time, like any other firm, to be making the amount of money one would probably deire.

Pros

- Production driven no seniority. Meaning that you have the same opportunities in year 1-3 as you would in year 7-10. - Management team is young and really successful. - I've been with another top financial firm before, but I was BLOWN away by the training at MassMutual. - You get out what you put in.

Cons

- You get out what you put in. So put in a lot. - Difficult in the beginning because you are ramping yourself up, which is true at any other firm though. - You have to be super motivated to succeed. Anything less, then you get to be the review poster for the "Don't do this straight out college."
