      Pros

      A good place to start, after college. Looks good on resume. Ample vacation and time off.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between managers and employees. Training is a joke. Managers do not know what employees do ( work wise). Change is constant, but poorly researched and/or mismanaged. Turnover is very high.

      Pros

      It is a great place to start your career. Ability to have a flexible schedule. It has a great work experience.

      Cons

      The financing is lacking. Have to wait to long for benefits to kick in. Brand awareness is tough to get over.
