- Leadership straight up LIES to your face, says there will be no layoffs then cuts off entire teams but calls it a "reorganization" - Not a lot of room for growth. There's a rather flat hierarchy so there's no incentive to be a better employee. - Any sort of curiosity or desire to move to other teams and work on other projects are never followed up when you ask management.
