Pros

The staff were all people who wanted experience and needed a job, like everyone else in this world. Massage therapista and long time desk staff were fantastic, hard workers that worked well as a team.

Cons

Crazy owners, micromanagament, high turnover, constant policy change, did not follow corporate policies or provide quality training. Set up emplyees for failure. Highschool drama, highschool job.

Pros

The people that work here are nice. The background of the therapists brings a calming, holistic element to working at massage envy. It was an easy way to make an extra $150 dollars a week.

Cons

There is no growth opportunity. From the inside it seemed like the asst. Managers who were making $10 per hour did all of the work for the manager that was making more then double that. There are so many rules to follow and scripts to memorize. With everything I was expected to do (which seemed like everything!) I was not appreciated and often deceived.
