Pros

It cost a lot to do independent business, and what is left isn't much. Scheduling and Client base provided, book keeping and taxes well organized without the stresses, lotions, linens, professional space/rent, marketing.

Cons

It is still corporate America. It is what it is.

Pros

Steady Clients, Great co-workers and management! Good Product line to work with and they provide good training and support. Equiptment and supplies are all provided for you, along with booking your schedule. Flexible schedule and a good work environment, much better than working at a uptight spa.

Cons

Being at work and not having any clients.
